Information for prospective students We welcome prospective graduate and undergraduate student as well as postdoctoral researchers to join our team. If you are interested in and passionate about improving sustainability of water, energy, and food resources, please contact Dr. Jad Ziolkowska at jziolkowska@ou.edu to discuss your research interests and potential opportunities at WEFI.

The Geography and Environmental Sustainability Department at OU is part of the College of Atmospheric and Geographic Sciences. OU is located in Norman (OK) just south of Oklahoma City. Norman is an average size town established in 1889 with a current population of about 111,000 (and about 25,000 college students). The Carnegie Foundation classifies OU as a research university with “very high research activity“.
