Team

The WEFI team consists of active and distinguished OU faculty, US and international collaborators, and motivated graduate and undergraduate students and postdoctoral researchers representing a variety of disciplines and interests in natural resources, environmental economics, sustainability, geography, meteorology, geology, and other disciplines. Our students are affiliated with the Department of Geography and Environmental Sustainability, School of Meteorology, Department of Economics, School of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science, Department of International and Area Studies, School of Geology and Geophysics, and School of Computer Science. We are working on a variety of real-life research project to expand knowledge about sustainable use of natural resources and help optimize decision-making processes. We encourage prospective students to join our team and help make a change in our communities.
